General Questions
+ - What time do you open and when do you close? When does the kitchen close?
We open 30 minutes before the first show time starts. We stop ticket sales 15 minutes after the last show of the night starts. Kitchen close 30 minutes after the last show of the night starts.
+ - Can I buy Fun Cards online?
Fun Cards can be bought online and shipped to you or someone else within 3 to 5 days. If you are buying this as a gift you can also include a short message
+ - Can I use my Fun Card to buy movie tickets?
Yes, on the payment screen of our website you may do so by selecting the Fun Card option. You can also buy them at our theatre.
+ - When should I arrive at the theatre?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the showtime to get settled in.
All of our locations are smoke free facilities. Smoking areas are outside away from the main entrance to the theatre.
Movie Questions
+ - How do I pick up tickets I bought online once I arrive at the theatre?
Once you arrive go directly to the ticket podium where they will scan you in. Have your ticket available on your phone or bring a printed version. If you did not get an email of your ticket, we can use the credit card you used to buy the tickets to check you in.
+ - Why is there an online service fee added to my ticket purchase?
In order to provide this online service, we add a minimal fee. This ensures you will have a seat if the show sells out.
+ - Why does my credit card decline when buying tickets online?
In most cases the card is declined due to the mailing address not being correct.
+ - Why do I have duplicate charges on my credit card?
If duplicate charges are on your statement some of them are likely pending. Pending charges will drop off your account in 2-5 days depending on your bank. In the event these charges post to your account please get in touch with us so we can look into this for you.
+ - Can I get a refund for a show that has not started yet?
Yes, as long as the show has not started you are able to get a refund or a raincheck.
+ - How do I get a refund or make a change to my order?
Our current system does not allow this to be done online. Refunds or changes can be done at the box office, by phone, or by contacting us. For email requests allow time for us to respond.
+ - How many days in advance are showtimes available?
Our film department negotiates with the film studio every week on Monday and are finalized by Tuesday what films will be shown starting on Friday. Once we know for sure what will be playing, we will add the show schedules to our website for ticket presell.
+ - Do you offer closed caption films?
We offer a closed caption device that fits into our cup holders for you to be able to view the captions. These devices require a $25.00 deposit that will be returned once the device is returned after the show.
+ - What is your Rated “R” policy?
All R-Rated movies are intended for an older, adult audience.
Moviegoers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
For any R-Rated movie, children under the age of 6 will not be admitted
after 6PM in an effort to create a more appealing atmosphere for our adult audiences.
Adult guardians are:
- 21 years of age (Id required) or more
- Required to attend the entire movie with the child.
- Authorized by a parent to bring the child to an R-rated feature.
